How do I get my games serviced if I should ever need to? First off, we use only quality components so that repairs are minimal if at all. We have games out that have never needed service in over 5 years other than cleaning the bill acceptor periodically. If you should ever need repairs, we can diagnose the problem over the phone and have the part shipped overnight if necessary. You will never have to pack up your game and ship it back for repairs.
