Complete games are not returnable since they are built specifically for the customer. In some circumstances we may be able to accept returns and may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. Game boards and parts may be returned within 15 days for a refund less restocking fee and shipping costs. All returns must be in new working order and be returned complete.
